After 13 years of teaching, I developed an approach that transforms not just reading skills, but confidence and love of learning. I work with students in school districts across the country through our Accelerated Reading Program.

How is Stellarwise different from other tutoring programs?
We use the Orton-Gillingham approach, which is scientifically proven for students with dyslexia and learning differences. Our sessions are led by certified teachers, not general tutors, and we focus on both skill-building and confidence transformation.
How long before I see results?
Most parents see noticeable improvement in as little as 12 weeks. Progress varies by student, but consistent participation in structured sessions is the strongest predictor of growth.
What's the time commitment?
Students meet 2 to 3 times per week for 1-hour sessions. This consistent practice is key to accelerating reading growth.
Will this work for my child with dyslexia or ADHD, or who is far behind?
Absolutely. We specialize in the Orton-Gillingham approach, which is scientifically proven to help students with learning differences. We've successfully worked with students up to 6 grade levels behind.
Does my child need to be on the consultation call?
No. The consultation is just for parents. We'll discuss your child's challenges and build a plan together. Your child will meet their teacher during their first session.
Is this only for struggling readers?
No. We work with both struggling readers who need to catch up and students who want to get ahead and excel beyond their current grade level.
